At Vellanova Wellness & Beauty, we value your time and trust. Please review our policies before your appointment.
A valid card on file is required at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our no-show and cancellation policies. If a card is not placed on file within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be canceled, and a $25 rebooking fee will apply.
No-Shows
- Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows.
- Future appointments must be prepaid in full.
- Fees: $200 flat for tox, 100% of service cost for all other treatments.
- Failure to pay fees will result in being blocked from booking.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- If you arrive later, we may need to reschedule.
- For services that cannot be shortened, late arrivals will be rescheduled and charged a $35 fee.
Child Policy
- For safety and insurance reasons, children under 13 are not permitted unless accompanied by another adult
(not the patient).
- Our facility contains sharps, chemicals, and equipment that are unsafe for children.
- Unsupervised children are not allowed.
Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Accepted: Cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Afterpay.
- Not accepted: Personal checks.
- Packages/prepaids must be paid in full before the first session.
- Gratuity: Optional for esthetic services; not necessary for medical services
(a coffee or referral is always appreciated!).
Refunds
- All sales on treatments, products, and services are final.
- Concerns or adverse effects must be reported within 48 hours.
- Retail products may be exchanged if unopened and unused within 14 days (with receipt).
